Informatie rondom garantie & retour

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag exclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. De kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn ook voor eigen rekening. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en - indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk - in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen via info@femellecaftan.com . Vul het formulier voor herroeping in en stuur deze mee in jouw email. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.

 Uitzonderingen retourneren

 Let op retour wordt niet geaccepteerd als het product is :

- Beschadigd

- Vervuild of make-up vlekken

- Gewassen

- Gewijzigd

- Gedragen

- Items die voor de klant zijn aangepast kunnen NIET geruild of geretourneerd worden.

Er wordt geen retour geaccepteerd vanuit het buitenland. Indien men toch wilt retouren, zal deze een voucher ontvangen.

 Garantie

 De producten hebben geen wasgarantie. Dit is voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid.

Information about warranty & returns Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are also for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@femellecaftan.com. Fill in the withdrawal form and send it in your email. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions

Please note : returns are not accepted if the product is:

- Damaged

- Dirty or make-up stains

- Crops

- Altered

- To behave

- Items that have been customized for the customer can NOT be exchanged or returned.

No returns are accepted from abroad. If you still want to return, you will receive a voucher.

Guarantee

The products have no washing guarantee. This is for your own responsibility.
